CENTRE OPERATIONS

Operators

Operators are the reason a centre runs smoothly. Parents speak to you first, teachers rely on you, and nothing in the building works without someone keeping track of it all.

What you'd be doing

  • Being the first person parents speak to, in person, on the phone and over message
  • Handling enrolments, class placements and timetable changes
  • Keeping student records, attendance and fee payments accurate
  • Making sure classrooms and materials are ready before lessons start
  • Leading a centre team and its numbers, if you come in at manager level

Who we're looking for

  • Diploma or degree holders for full-time roles. University students are welcome for part-time
  • Someone organised who can hold several things at once without dropping any
  • Comfortable talking to parents, including the harder conversations
  • Supervisory experience if you're aiming at Centre Manager
  • Available on weekends, when our centres are busiest

Run a centre, or be the face of one

Same support behind you either way. It just depends how much of your week you want to give us.

A note on applications

We read applications all year, even when nothing specific is advertised. Openings come up at different centres at different times, so we'll hold onto your details for up to 12 months and get in touch when something suits. Not hearing from us straight away isn't a no.
